Pay per use with tokens
Hepifun uses tokens. You top up in rupiah, then spend tokens only when you generate. A token's price is shown before every job.
Token rate
1 token = Rp600. This is the base price and can change. Last updated: October 2026.

The first Wan 2.7 Pro Z image and the first Seedream 5 Z image on an account are charged at the promo price shown above. The promo is limited to one account per device or network.
Smart duration
With Smart duration, we hold tokens for up to 30 seconds when you send. When the video is done, you pay for the actual length. The difference goes back to your balance.
Example: a 720p Standard job reserves up to 120 tokens. If the clip is 6 seconds, you pay 24 tokens (Rp14,400) and 96 tokens are returned.
The send button shows the estimate for the resolution you chose. For 480p Standard, the estimate is 10–60 tokens.

There are no first top-up, referral or Explore bonuses at launch. The bonus tokens above are the only extra tokens.
You can also enter your own amount when this option is on. Minimum top-up: Rp30,000 (the smallest package).
Failed, rejected or cancelled jobs
Tokens for these jobs are returned in full and automatically. You will see a notice and a refund entry in Token history. See the Refund Policy.

Payments go through an official payment gateway. Tokens are added after the payment succeeds.
Questions
How do tokens work?
Tokens are the currency on Hepifun. Each video or image uses tokens based on the model, resolution and length. The cost is shown before you send.
What is the difference between Standard and Prime?
Prime costs 1.5 times as much as Standard at each resolution (3, 6 and 12 tokens per second, compared with 2, 4 and 8). Use Standard for drafts, then choose Prime if you need it.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens do not expire and stay in your balance until you use them. The only time a balance is forfeited is when you delete your account. Token history lists every top-up, use and refund, so you can always check your balance.
What happens if my video fails?
Tokens for a failed job return to your balance in full, automatically. You will get a notification.
Can I get a refund for unused tokens?
Tokens cannot be exchanged for money. Exceptions include a double payment or a payment that succeeded but did not add tokens, which we check and correct. Completed jobs are not refunded because of subjective results. See the Refund Policy for the full rules. Your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law (Law No. 8 of 1999) still apply.
