Content Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026. Version 1.0 This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any difference between this translation and the Indonesian version (Kebijakan Konten Hepifun), the Indonesian version prevails (Law No. 24 of 2009).

Hepifun wants to be a safe place to create. This policy applies to all Input (prompts, reference uploads) and Output (videos, images, text) on the platform, and is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Absolutely Prohibited (no exceptions)

  1. Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM), including sexual images/video/text involving anyone under 18, whether real, fictional or AI-generated. We will remove it, permanently close the account, keep evidence as needed, and report to the authorities.
  2. Non-consensual pornography, including "deepfake porn", intimate content made without the consent of the people depicted, and sexual extortion.

2. Prohibited

  1. Sexually explicit content (nudity, sexual acts, pornography), including fictional content.
  2. Deepfakes or manipulation of real people without permission: imitating or altering the face, voice or identity of a real person (including public figures, officials and notable people) without that person's clear consent, especially where it could mislead, harm reputation, or be used for politics/elections. If you upload another person's face/voice, you must have written or otherwise provable permission.
  3. Extreme violence: gore, torture, mutilation, glorification of violence, terrorism, incitement to violence, and content that encourages suicide or self-harm.
  4. Hate speech and discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, group affiliation (SARA), gender, disability or orientation, as well as incitement to hostility (including content that violates the ITE Law).
  5. Fraud and deception: scams, phishing, fake investment/loan schemes, fake evidence, fake testimonials, hoaxes/false news that can cause harm or unrest.
  6. Intellectual property infringement: using the works, brands, characters or voices of others without rights.
  7. Impersonation: pretending to be another person, institution or brand, including Hepifun.
  8. Other content that is illegal under Indonesian law: gambling, narcotics, weapons, human trafficking, doxxing/leaking personal data, and the like.
  9. Attempts to evade filters/moderation (jailbreak prompts, splitting requests, etc.).

3. AI Labelling and Transparency

Output is generated by AI. You must not present it as real footage where that could mislead, and you must label it "made/edited with AI" when sharing it, especially if it contains a person who resembles a real person or an event that looks real. Hepifun Output carries no watermark. Hepifun may add metadata or AI markers to Output; removing such metadata or AI markers is prohibited.

4. Moderation

We use the built-in moderation of the AI provider (Alibaba Cloud), our own automated checks, and manual review of reports. Jobs may be rejected automatically; tokens for rejected jobs are returned in full, but repeated rejections may lead to suspension. Moderation is not perfect; you remain responsible for your content.

5. How to Report

Use the Report button on content, or email ciggurich@gmail.com with: a link/ID of the content, the reason, and evidence (for example, proof that you are the person depicted). Copyright owners and victims of deepfakes/non-consensual pornography can report directly without an account. Urgent reports (CSAM, threats to life, non-consensual content) are prioritised.

Internal response targets: CSAM/non-consensual content immediately, at most 4 hours; other reports 24 hours. We comply with official access-blocking orders from the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs within the regulatory deadlines.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history and intent: (1) rejection/removal of content; (2) warning; (3) feature restriction; (4) temporary suspension; (5) permanent account closure, with token balances related to the violation not refunded; (6) reporting to law enforcement and/or competent authorities, and cooperation in investigations. Absolute violations (Section 1) result in permanent closure and reporting without warning.

7. Appeals

If your content/account is actioned, send an appeal to ciggurich@gmail.com with an explanation. We re-review with a different reviewer where possible and reply within 7 business days. For absolute violations, the decision may be final.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated; the latest version applies from publication.
